What the money line shows

The money line runs from the center of the chart toward the bottom-right corner, next to the love line. Its first number is the entry point, the sum of your birth year and your center: it describes the work and the setting where money comes most naturally. The last number is the money channel, how income keeps flowing once it starts and what blocks it. The balance point in the middle is shared with the love line.

For most people money and relationships pull on the same energy: overworking at the cost of a partner, or keeping the peace at the cost of a raise. Reading both lines together shows which way you tend to tip.

Money is also one of the first things couples argue about. If you share finances with someone, the couple matrix shows how the two of you handle it together.

All 22 numbers on the money line

The same meaning applies whichever of the three positions the number is in.

1The Magician on the money line

Money comes when you start things yourself: freelancing, a side business, selling an idea. You earn best when you can pitch, persuade and launch rather than follow a script.

Watch out for: Too many projects at once, none finished long enough to pay.

What helps: Pick one offer, finish it, and put a price on it this month.

2The High Priestess on the money line

You earn through knowledge and insight: research, analysis, counseling, any work where you see what others miss. You do well in quiet roles behind the scenes.

Watch out for: You undervalue what you know and keep your expertise to yourself.

What helps: Write down your rate and say it to a client without apologizing.

3The Empress on the money line

Money comes through things people enjoy: food, beauty, design, children, comfort. You spend on home and pleasure, and you feel richer when your surroundings look good.

Watch out for: Spending to feel better, or caring for others for free when the work deserves pay.

What helps: Set a monthly amount for treats and keep the rest out of sight.

4The Emperor on the money line

You earn through structure: management, operations, property, anything with systems and long-term growth. You like stable income and you are good at building savings step by step.

Watch out for: You stay in a safe job long after it stopped paying what you are worth.

What helps: Ask for a raise or a new contract once a year, with numbers in hand.

5The Hierophant on the money line

Money comes through teaching, mentoring, institutions and established professions. You do well inside organizations with clear rules, and people pay to learn from you.

Watch out for: You work for respect and titles while the pay stays flat.

What helps: Turn what you already explain for free into a paid course or session.

6The Lovers on the money line

You earn through people and choice: sales, partnerships, beauty, anything where taste and connection matter. Your income often depends on the people you choose to work with.

Watch out for: You cannot decide between two paths and lose time on both.

What helps: Choose one partner or direction for a set period and review it after.

7The Chariot on the money line

Money comes from movement and results: travel, logistics, sport, targets and bonuses. You earn more when there is a clear goal and a finish line.

Watch out for: Working at full speed until you burn out, then earning nothing for a while.

What helps: Plan rest the way you plan targets, so the pace lasts all year.

8Justice on the money line

You earn through fairness and order: law, finance, contracts, quality control. You do best with clear terms and you are trusted with other people’s money.

Watch out for: You stay with unfair deals because changing them feels like a fight.

What helps: Put every agreement in writing, including the ones with friends.

9The Hermit on the money line

Money comes through expertise built over years: deep specialist work, research, consulting, crafts. You earn more by going deep in one field than by spreading wide.

Watch out for: You hide from clients and wait for work to find you.

What helps: Tell five people this month exactly what you do and what it costs.

10Wheel of Fortune on the money line

Your income moves in waves, with good periods and slow ones. You do well with opportunities that appear by chance: a contact, a new market, good timing.

Watch out for: Spending everything in a good month and panicking in a slow one.

What helps: In every good month, set aside enough to cover a slow one.

11Strength on the money line

You earn through effort and resilience: demanding jobs, physical work, leadership under pressure. You can handle work others give up on, and that is worth charging for.

Watch out for: You push through exhaustion instead of asking for more money or help.

What helps: Price the hard jobs higher, because few people can do them.

12The Hanged Man on the money line

Money comes through service and unusual paths: care work, art, helping professions, work that others overlook. Your income often grows later, after a period of patience.

Watch out for: You work for free or for very little because you feel you should.

What helps: Decide where you volunteer on purpose and charge for everything else.

13Transformation on the money line

You earn through change: restructuring, crisis work, renovation, clearing out what no longer works. Your income often jumps after you end something old.

Watch out for: Holding on to a job or project that stopped paying long ago.

What helps: Once a year, drop one source of work that takes more than it gives.

14Temperance on the money line

Money comes through balance and mixing: health and well-being work, mediation, combining two skills into one offer. You earn steadily when you keep a moderate pace.

Watch out for: Undercharging to keep the peace with clients.

What helps: Raise your prices a little and often, instead of never.

15The Devil on the money line

You have a strong pull toward money and you can earn well in sales, marketing, entertainment or anything that works with desire. Big income and big spending often come together.

Watch out for: Debt, impulse spending or work you dislike just because it pays.

What helps: Wait three days before any large purchase and see if you still want it.

16The Tower on the money line

Your income can change suddenly, and new money often comes after a shake-up. You do well in building, tech, start-ups and fields that reinvent themselves.

Watch out for: Quitting in anger before the next source of income is ready.

What helps: Keep a few months of expenses saved, so a sudden change does not force your hand.

17The Star on the money line

You earn through creativity and visibility: design, writing, social media, anything people can see and share. Your work brings in more when you show it publicly.

Watch out for: You wait for the perfect moment to show your work and never publish it.

What helps: Share one finished piece every week, even if it is not perfect.

18The Moon on the money line

Money comes through intuition and imagination: psychology, film, art, night work, anything with a hidden side. You often know which deal is right before you can explain why.

Watch out for: Fear and vague plans: you avoid looking at your real numbers.

What helps: Check your accounts once a week, at the same time, for ten minutes.

19The Sun on the money line

You earn through visibility and warmth: performing, leading, working with children, any role where you shine. People like buying from you, and your mood affects your income.

Watch out for: Spending to impress, or giving everything away to look generous.

What helps: Keep a fixed share of each payment before you spend anything.

20Judgement on the money line

Money often comes through family, inheritance, a family business or work with history and archives. Your attitude to money is close to your parents’ and it pays to notice that.

Watch out for: Repeating your family’s money fears or habits without checking them.

What helps: Write down one money rule you learned at home and decide if you keep it.

21The World on the money line

You earn more across borders: international clients, travel, languages, remote work. A wider market pays you better than a local one.

Watch out for: Staying small and local when your skills would sell further away.

What helps: Offer your work to one market outside your country this year.

22The Fool on the money line

Money comes through new and unusual things: trends, experiments, playful work, projects nobody tried before. You earn best with freedom and variety.

Watch out for: No plan and no savings, so every surprise becomes a problem.

What helps: Automate a small saving each month so freedom has a floor under it.
